2.1 Contact form
When a user submits the Contact Us form on our website, we collect the following information:
- Name
- Phone number (if provided)
- Free message field
- Company name (if provided)
This information is used to respond to the contact request.If the contact leads to a business opportunity, we transfer the relevant information to our HubSpot CRM system for customer relationship management.

We also use Google Analytics to analyse website traffic and improve site performance. Google Analytics may collect:

3. Where data is stored and how long it is retained
- Contact form submissions are stored in our email system for up to 12 months, unless a customer relationship is established.
- CRM data in HubSpot is processed according to HubSpot’s EU data protection terms. We retain customer information for as long as the customer relationship is active.
- Google Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months, unless the user declines analytics cookies.
4. Data disclosure and transfers
We do not disclose personal data to third parties unless required by law. We use external service providers (such as HubSpot and Google) that process data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA only if the recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection— for example, service providers certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
